2012 Constitutional Reform Local Legislation Forum
The Legislature will be launching the local legislation of constitutional reform in September. It is sure that citizens will be interested in the setting and related arrangements of new District Council Functional Constituency. Scholars, councilors as well as party figures will be participating in the 2012 Constitutional Reform Local Legislation Forum, aiming at discussing issue concerned.

According to the report of Cable TV, it has found that electorate of Commercial Constituency (1) has included Belgium Embassy as well as Office of Vienna Government. There are also 21 embassies in Hong Kong plus Huadu District Residents Commission of Guangzhou are both eligible to become voters of the functional constituency.
